Payment FAQ's

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal.

How is the payment processed?
If you are paying by credit card, payment is taken following your order using our Paymentsense secure page. Once taken to the Paymentsense page you must complete the transaction since closing the page or using the back button will result in a failed transaction and the order not being placed.

Once you have successfully completed the Paymentsense page, you will be taken to the Petwell order confirmation success page. You will also receive a confirmation email.

If you chose to pay by Paypal you will be sent to the PayPal payment page once you have placed your order. Here you will be prompted to log in to your account Paypal account. Once your Paypal payment is confirmed you will return to the Petwell order confirmation page.
Why has my credit card been declined?
Your card may be declined for a number of reasons, including your billing address details not matching your card provider's records (please ensure there are no duplicate address lines in your address details), reaching your limit, you provided details that might be incorrect or your card has expired.

Please make sure that you check your credit limit, that the details you have provided match with the card and it is in date and then try again.  If there continues to be a problem try using an alternative card or, if you have a Paypal account, use that instead. If you continue to have issues please contact your bank straight away
